What currency are the prices on the site?

All prices are listed in USD.

I just placed an order — when will it ship?

We aim to ship as quickly as possible. Average production and shipping time is 5–8 business days. Tracking numbers are updated 2–3 days after your order has shipped. If you haven’t received a tracking number within 5 business days, email us at customerservice@dotandchic.com.

Can I return my order if I change my mind or picked the wrong size?

Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind. Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

We offer a 100% resolution guarantee for defective, damaged, or misprinted items. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at customerservice@dotandchic.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve it — which may include a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order before it ships with no penalty. Once your item has entered production or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. If your item arrives defective or incorrect, you may request a refund or replacement.

I entered the wrong address — what should I do?

If you entered an incorrect address, reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at customerservice@dotandchic.com within 24 hours. We’ll update it if possible. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds for incorrect addresses submitted after 24 hours.
