Refund & Return Policy
Because our products are made-to-order through a print-on-demand process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind. Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@dotandchic.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect. All products are custom-made and cannot be resold.
To start a return for an eligible item, please contact us first. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions and the appropriate return address based on the fulfillment center that shipped your order. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

European Union Cooling-Off Period
Under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), customers in the European Union typically have the right to cancel or return online purchases within 14 days of receiving their order — for any reason.
However, this right does not apply to custom-made or personalized products, including all items sold through our store, which are printed on demand specifically for each customer.
As such, our products are not eligible for return under the EU cooling-off period. We encourage customers to review product details and sizing charts carefully before placing an order.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
Once your claim is approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing, plus any additional time your bank or credit card provider may require.
