3. ORDERS Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders at our discretion. Orders are not confirmed until payment is processed and acceptance is issued. Please review your order carefully before submitting. Orders may not be canceled once production begins. Purchases are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
4. PRICES AND BILLING Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Taxes, shipping, and handling are additional unless stated otherwise. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external events. Risk of loss transfers to you upon shipment.

9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY Dot & Chic is powered by Shopify, but all purchases are made directly with Dot & Chic. Shopify is not responsible for any transactions, products, or services offered by Dot & Chic.
